Pamper Studio Guest Expectations 
Children & Parents


At our pamper studio, we love welcoming children and creating memorable, enjoyable experiences. While we encourage fun and excitement, we are not a traditional “kids party zone.” Our focus is on offering a relaxing, calm, and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy.

To help us maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask parents and guardians to support us by ensuring children understand and follow these expectations:

Children’s Expectations

 

  • Be respectful to our staff at all times.

  • Treat our products, equipment, and furniture with care.

  • Listen to instructions from staff during treatments or activities.

  • Use indoor voices to help keep the space calm and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Keep hands away from products, displays, and tools unless invited to use them.

  • Share the space with others, remembering that everyone is here to have a relaxing experience.

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

 

  • Remain mindful of your child’s behaviour throughout the visit.

  • Step in promptly if children become overly loud, disruptive, or disrespectful.

  • Reinforce to your child that the studio is not a play zone but a pamper experience.

  • Support staff by encouraging good manners and respect towards others.

  • Ensure siblings or guests not participating in treatments are supervised at all times.


During parties: Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only the birthday child’s parents remain in the studio. All other parents are asked to drop off and return for collection at the agreed time.

🌸 Pamper Boutique – Refund & Cancellation Policy 🌸

 

At Pamper Boutique, we are committed to delivering magical and memorable pamper experiences for children of all ages! To help everything run smoothly for our guests, please take a moment to read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

💫 Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and party slot.

• This deposit guarantees your appointment and helps us prepare everything needed for a special pamper experience

 

🚫 No Shows & Late Cancellations

• If guests do not attend on the day of the party, no refunds can be given for those who do not show. This is because our team prepares and allocates resources in advance specifically for your booking.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date may not be eligible for a refund of any further payments made. However, we will always do our best to accommodate date changes where possible 💗

• We’re here to make your event extra special! If you have any issues or feedback, please contact Sarah directly on 07929035065 and we’ll be happy to help. Your satisfaction matters to us 🥰

 

🛡️ Safety & Insurance

• Your child’s wellbeing is our top priority. We are fully insured, and all of our friendly team members are DBS checked for your peace of mind.

• We also follow strict hygiene practices to ensure a safe and clean pampering environment at every party 🌈

 

🎉 Other Information

• Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking so we can tailor the experience accordingly.

• Pamper Boutique reserves the right to refuse service if we feel the environment is unsafe for our team or guests.
